Please Read These Terms
#1 Digital Music Pool Terms & Agreement:
This # 1 Digital Music Pool Subscription Agreement is Legal and Binding.
This Agreement is between YOU and #1 Digital Music Pool.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT FIRST BEFORE BECOMING A MUSIC POOL MEMBER.
If you don't agree to the following Terms PLEASE Do Not Continue.
Agreement:
As becoming a member of the # 1 Digital Music Pool you agree that you are a Professional DJ.
You agree that all information given to # 1 Digital Music Pool is true, accurate, current and complete.
To join # 1 Digital Music Pool you must be at least 18 years of age.
You agree that # 1 Digital Music Pool, in sole discretion, may terminate your services at anytime,
including without limitation if the Music Pool believes you have violated Music Pool Agreement.
You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this
agreement may be effected without prior notice.
Our Service:
Our Service is to provide Pre Released Music to Professional DJ's over the World.
To Join our Music Pool there is a Monthly subscription for downloading music in the MP3 Format.
Our music is provided by the Top Record Labels in the Business and Up coming New Artist.
As a member you will receive the latest Singles, Remixes, and Release dates of New Artist.
Term, Payments and Fees:
By registering to become a Member, you agree to pay the monthly rate fee of $15.00 a Month.
Your Membership will continue automatically at the monthly rate fee unless terminated by # 1 Digital Music Pool or until you notify # 1 Digital Music Pool.
Membership fee will be due every 30 days (NO EXCEPTION) Monthly Fee will be paid in the form of Paypal, if you don't have a Paypal
account you can obtain one at no cost www.paypal.com.
Feedback charts are to be filled out each time a track is downloaded. Feedback Charts are located on the Members Sign In page. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. If you want to designate a different credit card because due to expiration date please contact me and let me know.

MP3 from # 1 Digital Music Pool website are for members ONLY and for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY!
# 1 Digital Music Pool are given Promotional copies from Record Labels to promote the Artist, so ONLY you may access the service using your ID and Password. The content on our site is the property of # 1 Digital Music Pool or its Licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Music downloaded from # 1 Digital Music Pool may be used and played for your use ONLY!
You agree not to Retransmit, Distribute, Reproduce, Sell, Disseminate or make available
to third parties or circulate the content received through our services to anyone or to exploit
any such content for commercial use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
the # 1 Digital Music Service for your failure to comply with Terms. Our service contains
proprietary and confidential information that is protected by copyright laws ©.
Anyone caught sharing files, downloading same tracks 3 or more times will loose their membership without a refund.
Legal Conditions:
Copyrights: All materials used in or accessible to this site including text, photographs, images,
graphics, illustrations, logos, buttons, icons, audio clips, software, and other content and the
collection, arrangement and assembly are protected by copyright laws and owned
by #1 Digital Music Pool.
Refund:
# 1 Digital Music Pool will NOT refund your membership fee after signed up.
